Here’s how it works:
You round up your friends and family, coworkers, business associates, #girlgang, or whoever you’d like to have join you for your charter (up to 25 guests).
Drop us a line to request your private charter date and time. (P.S. — There’s no wrong answer! We often get asked when the best time to sail is and the answer is, whenever you want to enjoy the water. Take in the sunset with a cocktail in hand, or bring the kids along for a fun and sunny morning or afternoon cruise. It’s up to you!)
We’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours to begin the charter scheduling process! It’s simple. We’ll ask for some of your preferences, some info about you and your group, secure payment, and you’re booked!

On the date of your charter, all you have to do is arrive at our pier five mins prior to your charter, ready to have a good time. Our skilled captains will take you on a tour (typically two hours) out of the Solomons Harbor and into the Chesapeake Bay and/or Patuxent River. Have a request for where we cruise during your event? Just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen! (Hint: Scroll up to read about some of the cool sights you might see on your charter!) We kindly request you arrive at the dock no earlier than five minutes before your scheduled charter time and refrain from congregating near the apartments behind Bugeye Grill before or after your cruise. Please be respectful of the private property behind the restaurant on your way to the dock.
During your charter, your guests will enjoy exploring our 92-year-old buyboat, chatting with our knowledgable and fun crew, sipping on an adult beverage (or three!), and taking in all that the area has to offer. You may also bring your own food or catering onboard. Take control of our speakers and play your favorite music, if you’d like. And if you’re lucky, you might even be able to drive the boat!

Private Charter Pricing
Most of our private charters are two hours long and are priced according to the number of guests in your party. Custom pricing is available for longer or shorter charters or specialty charters. Ask about our weekday specials. Military and First Responders discounts are available.
